How it works

Guided onboarding from account creation to a live synchronized location.

1. Step 1

   Create account

   Register with your name, email, and password. Verify your email before managing locations.

2. Step 2

   Add your business & locations

   Registration creates a new business. Additional people join only by invitation. One business can have many locations.

3. Step 3

   Connect Wolt

   We launch Wolt’s SSIO flow. You sign in on Wolt’s site; tokens stay encrypted on BSoft servers.

4. Step 4

   Pair the Windows Connector

   Generate a short-lived pairing code, approve the device for that location, and let the connector poll for credentials.

5. Step 5

   Verify synchronization

   Confirm heartbeats and pending operations on the dashboard. Day-to-day orders and menus stay in POS for Restaurant.
